Is it really one payment?
Yes. You pay once per event package. Upgrading later only costs the difference.
What's a gallery?
Each gallery is one event with its own code, signs and slideshow. Essentials covers the wedding plus one more (say, the rehearsal dinner); Signature covers five; Heirloom covers ten.
What happens when storage ends?
We email you twice before anything happens, and you can download everything as a ZIP at any time. Heirloom keeps your photos for 10 years.
Do you offer refunds?
If Everyshot didn't work for your event, email us within 30 days of the event for a full refund.
